This cave was first discovered in the year 1950 by some young shepherds in the outskirts of Pokhara. This Cave was later named after the former King of Nepal Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev. This cave is basically located in the Kaski district of Pokhara. It is a dark and cavernous cave that is known for stalactites and stalagmites.
